Terrell, a junior from Lynchburg, Va., put together a strong showing at the Jopson Invitational with a trio of strong throws. Terrell won the hammer throw with a toss of 49.55 meters (162' 7.0"), which now tops the ODAC by nearly four feet. He added a third place finish in the discus at 41.14 meters (135' 0.0"), which ranks fourth in the ODAC. Terrell capped his day by placing fourth in the shot put at 12.43 meters (40' 9.5").

Dalton Hoppe, Lynchburg (So. - Throws)
Hoppe competed in two thros at the Colonial Relays. He finished fifth in the hammer throw at 43.27 meters (141' 11.0"), short of his previous season-best (44.16m), which sits third in the ODAC. He added a 25th place showing in the discus at 38.09 meters (125' 0"), which is eighth in the league.
Dash Dericks, Washington and Lee (Jr. - Throws)
Dericks won the discus at the Doc Jopson Invitational in school record-breaking fashion. He tossed the apparatus 47.31 meters (155' 2.75") to snap the previous 31-year old record of 45.98 meters (150' 10.50"). His new mark is tops in the ODAC and 17th in Division III.
