April 24, 2014 --- Bridgewater senior Tyler Hoffman plated the winning run with an infield grounder in the bottom of the 10th inning Thursday evening as the Eagles escaped with a 5-4 victory over Washington and Lee in the opening round of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) baseball tournament at City Stadium.
April 24, 2014 --- The Lynchburg College baseball team came back on Sunday to make the Old Dominion Athletic Conference baseball tournament. They came back again on Thursday to advance on the opening day of the tourney with a 3-1, 10th inning victory over Randolph-Macon College.
April 24, 2014 --- Top-seeded Shenandoah University won its opening game of the 2014 ODAC Baseball Tournament with a 7-1 win over sixth-seeded Hampden-Sydney College.
April 20, 2014 --- Shenandoah University (28-7 overall, 17-3 in ODAC play) put together a 17-win season in league play to secure the program's first ODAC baseball top seed heading into the upcoming tournament at City Stadium in Lynchburg. The Hornets athletic programs are in their second seasons playing under the ODAC banner.
April 29, 2013 --- Fresh off a tight 8-7 victory over Bridgewater in the originally scheduled ODAC Baseball Tournament championship game on Monday, Randolph-Macon carried its momentum into the second contest, completing a two-game run to the 2013 conference title with a 6-2 victory over the Eagles in Salem, Va. The Yellow Jackets earn the conference’s automatic entry into the NCAA Division III Tournament.
April 29, 2013 --- Randolph-Macon defeated Bridgewater 8-7 to force a winner take all game 11 in the 2013 ODAC Baseball Tournament. The game is slated to start tonight at approximately 9:00 P.M. at Lewis-Gale Field at Salem Memorial Baseball Stadium in Salem, VA.
