HONOREE FROM EMORY & HENRY UNIVERSITY
  • Crutchfield was a four-year letter winner on the E&H basketball team from 1985-89 and was the first woman in ODAC history to be a four-year all-conference selection
  • As a junior, she led the Wasps to an 18-7 record and the 1988 ODAC Championship
  • At the time of her graduation, she was the only player in E&H women’s basketball history to average more than 13 points per game in each of her four seasons
  • Concluded her playing career with 1,262 points, which at the time was atop the all-time scoring list
  • Crutchfield returned to E&H in 2014 as Head Women’s Basketball Coach and compiled a 98-40 overall record, including 59-23 in ODAC competition, over five seasons. The 2017-18 squad reached the ODAC Championship Game and received a bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament where the Wasps reached the second round
  • Crutchfield transitioned to Director of Athletics where she helped spearhead the department’s transition from Division III into the Division II ranks
