  • 38 seasons as RMC women’s basketball head coach (1982-2020) after two seasons as assistant coach with Yellow Jackets; 647-376 record with fourteen 20-win seasons
  • At time of retirement, topped ODAC wins list, sixth on active NCAA Division III wins list, 14th on all-time Division III wins list, 27th on all-time women’s basketball wins list for all divisions
  • Eight ODAC regular season titles and 10 ODAC Tournament Championships (1996, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2014, 2018, 2020); 12 NCAA Tournament bids with four Sweet 16 appearances, two trips to Elite Eight; National runner-up in 2005 with records of 30-2 overall, 20-0 in ODAC & 15-0 at home
  • ODAC Coach of the Year four times, VaSID College Division State Coach of the Year five times, Richmond Times-Dispatch State Coach of the Year in 2002-03

  • RMC head women’s lacrosse coach from 1982-86 with fifth-place finish at AIAW Nationals in 1982; RMC head women’s soccer coach in 1981
