Ratner was also the first player in league history to earn a trio of ODAC Player of the Year honors in 2011, 2012, and 2013, finally being matched by fellow Quaker James Mishoe in 2021 Ratner remains the only player in Guilford’s vaunted history to be a three-time PING/GCAA First Team All-American, also earning a trio of PING/GCAA All-South Region selections and nod to the 2010 PING/GCAA All-Freshman Team. He also swept All-ODAC First Team recognition in addition to an ODAC major award across each of his four collegiate seasons becoming the second-ever Quaker to be named the ODAC Rookie of the Year Finished his career ranked second (now fourth) in Guilford program history with a 73.435 stroke average over 108 rounds, the most in the Quakers Division-III Era. Ratner also finished his career with three of the top five seasons (now three of the top 15) in Guilford men’s golf’s program history in terms of single-season stroke average, including the second-best (now eighth) single-season mark in 2011-12 at 72.73 He matched the program record with five individual event wins, including a program-record four during the 2011-12 season and was the ODAC Individual Champion in 2013 Dominated on the biggest stages, with his 42nd place finish at the Division-III National Championship and 19 th place finish at the ODAC Championship as a freshman serving as career-worst marks. At NCAA’s, Ratner never finished lower than 12th after his freshman season, while at the conference level, he straddled a runner-up finish as a sophomore and an individual championship as a senior around a 12th place finish as a junior In addition to guiding the Quakers to a trio of ODAC titles in four years, Ratner and his team made the cut in three of their four National Championship trips, as GC was the national runner up in 2010, finished ninth as a team in 2010, and 11th in 2012. In 2013, the lone year Guilford did not make the cut as a collective, Ratner did well enough to play out the event individually and take 12th in the country
