ODAC Men's Basketball Report: Week 14

  • JACK D'ENTREMONT | WASHINGTON AND LEE | SR. | F | BRYN MAWR, PA.
    D'Entremont, a senior from Bryn Mawr, Pa., helped Washington and Lee to a 1-1 showing in ODAC play last week as the Generals look to maintain a top-four position in the ODAC table. D'Entremont averaged 17.0 points and 12.5 rebounds per game while shooting 52.9 percent (9-of-17) from the field and 80.0 percent (16-of-20) from the line. In an 88-78 loss to 10th-ranked Randolph-Macon, d'Entremont registered 25 points to go with eight rebounds, an assist, and a steal. He was 5-of-10 from the line and turned in a perfect 15-of-15 showing from the charity stripe. Among players that have made all of their foul shots in a game this season, d'Entremonts total is the third-best mark in ODAC history and tied for the best showing in Division III this season. On the weekend, d'Entremont helped the Generals post a 73-69 win over Eastern Mennonite. He went for nine points on 4-of-7 shooting and added 17 rebounds including five via the offensive glass. He chipped in two assists, a steal, and a blocked shot. The 17 boards are his second-best total of the year after grabbing 21 rebounds against Bridgewater in November. For the season, d'Entremont is fifth in the ODAC in scoring (16.5) and third in rebounding (9.0). He is third in field goal shooting (139-of-256 - 54.3%), fifth in blocked shots (22), and 11th in foul shooting (84-of-102 - 82.4%).
