Randolph-Macon Clear Choice Atop ODAC Men's Basketball Preseason Poll

Yellow Jackets Collect 11 First Place Votes, Virginia Wesleyan and Roanoke Separated by One Point for Second

FOREST, Va. --- Randolph-Macon College tops the ODAC Men's Basketball Preseason Poll for a second straight season, but this time the landscape is a little different.

In 2024, four teams received first place votes, creating a very top-heavy and relatively congested top-third of the annual coaches' survey. This year, the Yellow Jackets earned maximum points (121) powered by 11 first place votes. Virginia Wesleyan University sits second with 104 markers with Roanoke College just one point back after receiving the remaining first place nod.

In the sections below, we look back to the 2024-25 season to set the tone for this year and then dive into some features of ODAC men's basketball for the upcoming 2025-26 campaign.
