ODAC Men's Basketball Report: Week 15

The grind that is the ODAC men's basketball regular season has left just one team currently ranked by D3hoops.com with Randolph-Macon currently No. 2 after picking up wins 20 and 21 last week. Both Roanoke (17-6) and Virginia Wesleyan (17-6) are receiving votes towards the national list.

The NPI will quickly become the ranking that matters most for ODAC fans and programs, especially for those that do not lift the ODAC trophy to secure an automatic bid to the Division III Tournament. Through games this weekend, five ODAC schools have NPI's inside the top-100 including RMC (4th), VWU (37th), RC (44th), Washington and Lee (67th), and Hampden-Sydney (77th).

The final week of the regular season kicks off with every single seed open for grabs ahead of next week's tournament. RMC and VWU are 12-2 atop the table. While they are two games clear of 10-4 Roanoke, just one game separates each successive position in the standings. Lynchburg sits 9-5, while H-SC and WLU are 8-6. Averett is 7-7 with Guilford currently holding the eighth spot at 8-6, two games clear of EMU and Shenandoah at 4-10.
