Raymond, a first-year from Fredericksburg, Va., etched her name in the ODAC and Batten University record books as part of the Marlins' 1-2 showing last week. It was the middle match that garnered the headlines as Raymond took over the top spot in BATN program history with 49 digs 3-2 loss at Washington and Lee. Her 49 digs are a new ODAC record in the modern scoring format (since 2008) and the third-most registered by an ODAC student-athlete at any point in league history. Raymond's new mark is the third-most digs in a five-set match in Division III this season and fourth-most of any match length. Raymond registered six digs in her one set of action in the Marlins 3-0 midweek win over Sweet Briar College. She added 14 digs in a 3-2 loss at Bridgewater College. Raymond, who also contributed to the offense with six assists and a half-dozen service aces, posted a .976 serve reception percentage as she successfully passed 40-of-41 reception attempts over the three matches. For the season, Raymond leads the ODAC in total digs (254) and ranks second in digs per set (5.08).

ASHLYNN SPENCE | SHENANDOAH | MIDDLE
Spence, a junior from Gore, Va., put a strong showing on both sides of the ball over four matches in the middle of Shenandoah's front line last week. Spence helped the Hornets go 3-1 overall with a 2-1 showing against ODAC foes. She registered 55 kills and a .455 hitting percentage with a trio of assists and aces plus 14 digs and 19 total blocks (7 solo) to bolster the Hornets' defense. In a 3-2 loss at Randolph-Macon College, Spence went for 11 kills on just 18 swings for a .444 attack percentage. She added an assist, two aces, four digs, and six blocks (2 solo) to her line that saw her rack up 17.0 points. Spence followed up that Wednesday match with a 14 kills at a .367 clip in a 3-1 victory at Averett University. She posted one ace to go with five digs and four blocks (2 solo) on defense. In the first of two matches on Saturday, Spence smacked 11 kills at a .588 attack percentage to go with two assists and six blocks (1 solo) in a 3-0 win at Guilford College. Later that day in GC's Ragan-Brown Field House, Spence tied her career-high with 19 kills on a .471 hitting percentage to power her way to 21.5 points in a 3-2 triumph over Carolina University. She chipped in five digs and three blocks (2 solo). For the season, Spence is fifth in the ODAC in hitting percentage (.302, 117-40-255) and third in total blocks (40) and blocks per set (0.85).

AGNES ALFORD
Bridgewater College, junior, middle hitter
Alford totaled eight blocks, including a solo block, and 26.5 points as Bridgewater went 2-0 with a sweep of Randolph-Macon and a five-set victory over No. 17 Batten. She posted a single-match season-high 14 kills against Batten while adding six total blocks and 17.5 points, helping Bridgewater improve to 11-1 overall and 3-0 in ODAC play.

REAGAN STOOP
Bridgewater College, senior, outside hitter
Stoop totaled 27 kills, 20 digs, four blocks and 30.0 points as Bridgewater remained unbeaten with ODAC victories over Randolph-Macon and No. 17 Batten. She delivered 21 kills, nine digs, three blocks and 23.0 points in the five-set victory over Batten, helping the Eagles improve to 11-1 overall and 3-0 in conference play.

VIVIAN CAVATAIO
Guilford College, junior, defensive specialist/libero
Cavataio amassed 84 digs across four matches for 5.25 digs per set while also contributing 21 assists. Her week included 34 digs against Salem and another 27 in Guilford's five-set victory over Carolina University.

OLIVIA THORNE
Guilford College, first year, outside hitter/right side
Thorne led Guilford with 53 kills and 57.0 points across four matches, pacing the Quakers in kills in three contests, including both victories. She opened the week with 19 kills on a .311 hitting percentage and 20.0 points against Salem and later recorded 15 kills and 16.5 points in a five-set win over Carolina University.

KATE HARDIE
University of Lynchburg, graduate student, outside hitter
Hardie produced 28 kills on a .286 hitting percentage with three service aces, 14 digs, three blocks and 32.5 points as Lynchburg swept both of her matches. She hit .304 with 10 kills, three aces and two blocks against Averett before erupting for 18 kills and 18.5 points in a sweep of Roanoke.

AVA MEINHARDT
University of Lynchburg, senior, middle
Meinhardt totaled 17 kills, six blocks, two service aces and 22.5 points as Lynchburg swept all three of its matches. She capped the week with seven kills, two aces and two total blocks against Hollins after recording three blocks in the victory over Roanoke.

DESTANIE AMBERS
Randolph College, junior, outside hitter
Ambers amassed 34 kills on a .276 hitting percentage, seven service aces, 37 digs and 42.5 points as Randolph went 2-0. She erupted for a season-high 23 kills on a .340 clip with 28 digs and 25.5 points against Hollins after contributing 11 kills, five aces and nine digs in the victory over Regent.

CARLY SCHOPP
Randolph College, first year, setter
Schopp distributed 45 assists while adding 27 digs, five service aces and 10.0 points during Randolph's 2-0 week. She recorded 15 digs and two aces in the victory over Regent before handing out 31 assists with 12 digs and three aces as Randolph earned its first ODAC victory against Hollins.

ELLA COURTNEY
Randolph-Macon College, junior, middle blocker
Courtney registered 15 kills and 12 total blocks over 11 sets, finishing the week with 21.0 points. She delivered a career- and match-high 10 blocks in Randolph-Macon's five-set victory over Shenandoah while adding six kills on a .308 hitting percentage and two digs.

OLIVIA LEONARD
Randolph-Macon College, first year, right side/middle
Leonard led Randolph-Macon with 34 kills while adding three service aces, 15 digs, six blocks and 40.0 points, reaching double figures in kills in all three matches. She recorded a week-high 12 kills and five blocks in a five-set victory over Shenandoah before hitting .360 with 11 kills against Washington and Lee.

EMMA CATOE
Roanoke College, junior, middle hitter
Catoe put down 18 kills on an outstanding .410 hitting percentage while adding seven total blocks and 22.0 points across two matches. She was error-free against Hollins, registering 14 kills on 25 attacks for a .560 hitting percentage while contributing four blocks and 16.0 points.

TEAGAN HUBBLE
Roanoke College, junior, libero
Hubble collected 34 digs across six sets for 5.67 digs per set while adding 10 assists and two service aces. She posted 18 digs, seven assists and an ace in Roanoke's sweep of Hollins before adding 16 digs against Lynchburg.

GRACE MITCHENER
Washington and Lee University, senior, outside hitter
Mitchener totaled 28 kills on a .256 hitting percentage, three service aces, 37 digs, four block assists and 33.0 points while recording double-doubles in both Washington and Lee victories. She posted 13 kills and 23 digs in the five-set win over No. 17 Batten before hitting .394 with 15 kills and 14 digs in a sweep of Randolph-Macon.

VIVI VASQUEZ
Washington and Lee University, senior, libero
Vasquez totaled 52 digs over eight sets for 6.50 digs per set while helping Washington and Lee defeat No. 17 Batten and Randolph-Macon. She produced 38 digs and six assists in the five-set win over Batten and, during the week, broke Washington and Lee's career digs record; her 1,873 career digs also rank sixth in ODAC history.
