- Men's 800yd Free Relay Finals: Washington and Lee (6:34.71) eclipsed the NCAA B-Cut (6:39.86) and 2025 national invited time (6:36.90)
- Men's 200yd IM Prelims: BC's Zachary Erb (1:48.64) and WLU's Dalton Jobe (1:48.99) both eclipsed the NCAA B-cut (1:50.08), while Erb also surpassed the 2025 national invited time (1:48.95)
- Men's 50yd Free Prelims: WLU's Leighton Chapman (0:20.29) eclipsed the NCAA B-Cut (0:20.36)
- Men's 200yd Free Relay Finals: Washington and Lee (1:20.78) reset the ODAC overall and championship record (1:21.03 by WLU in 2025); the Generals' new time also eclipsed the NCAA B-Cut (1:21.31) and the 2025 national invited timed (1:20.86)

- Women's 100yd Breaststroke Prelims: Lynchburg's Gracie Maughan (1:04.12) matched the NCAA B-Cut
- Men's 100yd Back Prelims: Lynchburg's Henry Brooks (0:49.20) eclipsed the NCAA B-Cut (0:49.28)
- Men's 200yd Medley Relay Finals: Bridgewater (1:28.67) set a new ODAC championship record (1:29.52 by Roanoke in 2025) and eclipsed the NCAA B-Cut (1:29.45)
- Men's 100yd Butterfly Finals: Lynchburg's Henry Brooks (0:48.18) eclipsed the NCAA B-Cut (0:48.58)
- Men's 200yd Freestyle Finals: WLU's Dalton Jobe (1:37.65) reset the ODAC championship record (1:37.76 by WLU's Tommy Thetford in 2016) and eclipsed the NCAA B-Cut (1:39.21) and 2025 national invited time (1:38.08)
- Men's 100yd Breaststroke Finals: BC's Zachary Erb (0:53.76) and WLU's Harrison Cerone (0:55.02) both eclipsed the NCAA B-Cut (0:55.19) for the 2nd time on Day 3
- Men's 100yd Back Finals: Lynchburg Henry Brooks (0:47.81) reset the ODAC overall and championship records (0:48.67 by RC's Sean Hogan in 2025) and eclipsed the NCAA B-Cut (0:49.28) for a second time on day 3 and surpassed the 2025 national invited time (0:48.67)
- Men's 100yd Freestyle Prelims: WLU's Leighton Chapman (0:44.45) eclipsed the NCAA B-Cut (0:44.97)
- Men's 200yd Breaststroke Prelims: BC's Zachary Erb (2:00.39) eclipsed the NCAA B-Cut (2:00.92)
- Men's 1650yd Freestyle Finals: RC's Ryan Franceys (15:58.34) reset the ODAC overall and championship records (15:59.76 by RC's Peyton Meyer in 2025)
- Men's 200yd Back Finals: Lynchburg's Henry Brooks (1:47.73) reset the ODAC overall and championship records (1:48.91 by LYN's Colton Schnar's in 2023) and eclipsed the NCAA B-Cut (1:48.83)
