GREENSBORO, N.C. --- ODAC swimmers established numerous personal benchmarks and reset a several conference records at the 2024 ODAC Swimming Championships. Their strong outings also serve as the basis for determining All-ODAC awards.
All-conference recogntion for swimming is generated directly from competition at the ODAC championships. Only individual events are considered when creating the honors lists. Those finishing first or second in an event earn All-ODAC First Team laurels. Third and fourth place finishers are recognized as All-ODAC Second Team members, and swimmers that chime in fifth and sixth receive All-ODAC Third Team accolades. A swimmer can only earn one all-conference honor, with their placement represented by their highest finish in an event at the championship.
Six swimmers won multiple events during the conference championships. Those individuals are joined by 76 additional standout athletes in making up the 82 total swimmers that earned All-ODAC recognition. Forty-three of those stars are from the women's ranks, while 39 competed in the men's championship.
Six schools saw swimmers earn all-conference honors.
- Bridgewater: 9 (2 women, 7 men)
- Lynchburg: 16 (10 women, 6 men)
- Randolph-Macon: 7 (5 women, 2 men)
- Roanoke: 14 (9 women, 5 men)
- Virginia Wesleyan: 2 (1 woman, 1 man)
- Washington and Lee: 34 (16 women, 18 men)
