ODAC Outdoor Track & Field Report: Week 3

Wow! What a weekend for ODAC outdoor track & field athletes! Not one, not two, but THREE ODAC records were either tied or broken over the holiday weekend including a Division III all-time top-10 showing in one race. ODAC athletes competed in one of four meets over the weekend with performances so tight that there are two sets of “co” honorees for the first time in at least the last 18 years.

The Hornet Open was the most well-attended by conference teams with Averett, Eastern Mennonite, Ferrum, Hollins, Randolph, Roanoke, and Washington and Lee competed in the affair hosted by Lynchburg. Hampden-Sydney and Virginia Wesleyan competed at CNU's Blue & Silver Challenge, while Lynchburg entered three men's runners into the Raleigh Relays.
