GREENSBORO, N.C. --- ODAC swimmers established numerous personal benchmarks and reset several conference records at the 2025 ODAC Swimming Championships. Their strong outings also serve as the basis for determining All-ODAC awards.
All-conference recognition for swimming is generated directly from competition at the ODAC championships. Only individual events are considered when creating the honors lists. Those finishing first or second in an event earn All-ODAC First Team laurels. Third and fourth place finishers are recognized as All-ODAC Second Team members, and swimmers that chime in fifth and sixth receive All-ODAC Third Team accolades. A swimmer can only earn one all-conference honor, with their placement represented by their highest finish in an event at the championship.
Three swimmers – Bella Tarbet and Maria Jellig from Washington and Lee and Zachary Erb from Bridgewater – won three events each while an additional six stars earned gold in two events apiece. Those individuals are among 79 – 39 women and 40 men – All-ODAC honorees.
Seven schools saw swimmers earn all-conference honors.
