FOREST, Va. --- Four different schools garnered special individual recognition and Randolph-Macon College led all teams with four players appearing on all-conference squads to highlight the 2024-25 All-ODAC Women's Basketball Awards.
Washington and Lee University forward
Mary Schleusner repeats for a third straight season as the ODAC Player of the Year and the ODAC Defensive Player of the Year. She recently became the conference's all-time leader in rebounds with 25 boards in an ODAC quarterfinal win over Guilford College, giving her 1,398 rebounds entering the semifinals. That eclipsed the previous record of 1,395 caroms by former Randolph-Macon All-American Kelly Williams. Schleusner is on the verge of becoming the Generals all-time leader in scoring and blocked shots. She currently leads Division III in rebounding (19.3) and leads the ODAC in scoring (21.5).
Randolph-Macon fifth-year mentor
Lindsey Burke-Eberhart collects her second straight ODAC Coach of the Year award. Her top-seeded Yellow Jackets have won 24 straight games, helping power their run to national No. 18 ranking by

Roanoke College guard
Paige Breuer secured ODAC Rookie of the Year laurels from the league's head coaches. She pairs this honor with an All-ODAC Second Team selection as the engine to the Maroons' offense and leading scorer (13.0 ppg).
Randolph College guard
Kylie Stark garnered ODAC/Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Scholar-Athlete from the league's athletic communications professionals. The former ODAC Rookie of the Year is now a five-time All-ODAC honoree with her third All-ODAC First Team assignment this season joined by two All-ODAC Second Team plaudits.
