ODAC Men's Lacrosse Report: Week 11

  • ALEX FEUER | ROANOKE | GOALKEEPER
    Feuer, a senior from Chicago, Ill., was stellar guarding Roanoke's goal in a pair of ODAC wins over Bridgewater (12-5) and at Randolph-Macon (11-7). Against the Eagles, Feuer allowed jus two goals and made seven saves in a 45-minute shift on the way to a lofty .778 save percentage. He added one ground ball to his line. Versus the Yellow Jackets, Feuer put in a full turn in goal, registering 13 saves and a .650 save percentage. He also caused  a pair of turnovers, pulled in two ground balls, and even posted the rare goalkeeper goal scored. For the season, Feuer has made 35 saves with a .673 save percentage in 195:56 between the pipes.

  • RILEY HASTINGS | LYNCHBURG | ATTACKMAN
    Hastings, a senior from Alpharetta, Ga., continues to spearhead the Lynchburg with his fifth ODAC weekly award of the year after notching nine points to help nationally third-ranked Lynchburg to a pair of ODAC wins over Shenandoah (27-8) and Hampden-Sydney (13-10). The Hornets have now won eight straight games. Against SU, Hastings registered four points with three goals and one assist. He added a ground ball to his line. Versus the Tigers, Hastings turned it up a notch with five points on four goals and an assist. Three of his goals in each game were unassisted efforts. For the season, Hastings leads the ODAC in goals scored (48) and is tied for second in points (74). His 26 assists are fifth in the league. Hastings is now third in Lynchburg history with 265 career points, which is just eight shy of the ODAC's career top-10.
