FOREST, Va. --- Nationally top-ranked and unbeaten (43-0) Virginia Wesleyan University is the most common school represented on the 2026 All-ODAC Softball Awards lists with 10 Marlins earning an all-league position plus four of the five special individual honors bestowed by the conference.

Brandon Elliott collected his 10th ODAC Coach of the Year award from his peers, while fellow Marlins
Hannah Hearl and
Morgan Tucker were also recognized by the coaches as the ODAC Pitcher and Player of the Year, respectively. A fourth Marlins, outfielder
Alison Pollack, was selected as the ODAC/Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance Scholar-Athlete of the Year by the league's athletic communications personnel.

Sierra Kegley capped the special awards list as the ODAC Rookie of the Year.
The 2026 All-ODAC Awards list feature 40 stars with 25 appearing as all-conference honorees for at least the second straight season. That is the same number of repeat award winners that featured in on the 2025 chart. This year's contingent includes six members of the All-ODAC First Team.
Carson Michaels is the only member on that list that does not wear a VWU jersey on game day. The Roanoke College outfielder moved up to the first team from last year's All-ODAC Second Team. Both Hearl and catcher
Olivia Knight achieved the same feat, while Tucker, fellow outfielder
Sarah Prosser, and utility star
Laci Campbell -- last season's ODAC Player of the Year -- repeat as first team choices.
