ODAC Cross Country Report: Week 4

Week 4 proved to be light on activity for ODAC cross country programs as just three squads overall were in action at one meet.

    • ODAC Men's Best: Will Pacey, WLU – 1st at 26:24.7 (5:18.8 pace)

ODAC Top Times Reports

  • ERIN LOKER | EMU
    Loker, a junior from Harrisonburg, Va., registered her third top-10 finish in four starts this season after competing at the JMU Invitational hosted by James Madison University. Loker completed the 5k course in 20:32.2 to place seventh overall and first among Division III competitors. She used a 6:33.7 per-mile pace to clock-in behind six competitors from Division I-host JMU.

    EMU placed third on the team table with 76 points.

  • WILL PACEY | WASHINGTON AND LEE UNIVERSITY
    Pacey, a first-year from Houston, Texas, won his first collegiate race in just his second career start following competition at the JMU Invitational hosted by James Madison University. Pacey completed his first 8K collegiate race in 26:24.7, the 12th-fastest 8K mark on the ODAC's seasonal top-times list. He used a 5:18.8 per-mile pace to stop the watches 26.4 seconds faster than Jack Nebbia from Division I Mount St. Mary's University in second place.

    There were no posted team results for the men's race. WLU's six runners placed eighth or better.
