Cahue, a first-year from Aurora, Ill., and Combs, a first-year from Benbrook, Texas, went 1-1 at the WildCat Invitational over the weekend. The WildCats pair twice squared off against opponents from Pfeiffer University. They defeated Riley Isley and Sydney Cohen, 7-5, and dropped a tight 7-5 match to Fanny Apostolou and Haley Ingenito.

ATLEE HILLIARD | SHENANDOAH UNIVERSITY
Hilliard, a first-year from Hagerstown, Md., went 2-0 at the WildCat Invitational hosted by Randolph College over the weekend. Hilliard lost just three games in posting a pair of straight sets victories over opponents from Pfeiffer University. She defeated Sydney Cohen, 6-1, 6-0, and posted a 6-1, 6-1 triumph over Gracie Spangler.

• Bridgewater's Sarah Slagle went 2-0 at the WildCat Invitational with wins over Kendra Gillette (6-1, 6-2) from Shenandoah and Amy Rigg (6-3, 6-2) from Randolph.
• Randolph's Sophia Cahue went 2-0 at the WildCat Invitational with wins over Grace Spangler (2-6, 6-4, 1-0 (10-8)) and Sydney Cohen (2-6, 7-5, 1-0 (11-8)), both from Pfeiffer.
