Donnelly, a sophomore from Darien, Conn., and Lorenz, a senior from Oklahoma City, Okla., picked up a pair of wins and reached the semifinal round of the main championship doubles draw at the ITA Southeast Regionals hosted by the University of Mary Washington. Playing as the fifth seed, Washington and Lee's tandem received a bye through the Round of 64. They posted an 8-1 victory over Sophie Capone and Natalia Chapa from Haverford College in the Round of 32 and then picked up an 8-5 triumph over ninth-seeded Kendal Chang and Samantha Robertson from Christopher Newport University in the Round of 16. Donnelly and Lorenz's run came to a close with an 8-3 loss to Lia Melvin and Jay Xiao from Johns Hopkins University, who finished as the runner-up as the second seed and were ranked 24th in Division III at the close of the 2025 spring season.
