INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. --- ODAC champion Randolph-Macon College and Washington and Lee University will represent the ODAC on the national stage for a second straight season as the NCAA announced the Division III Women's Golf Championship field on Monday evening.
The Yellow Jackets earned their spot via automatic qualification following the program's third ODAC title at Williamsburg National Golf Club last month. The Generals were picked at-large by the Division III Women's Golf Championship Committee.
The venue for this year's championship is Desert Willow Golf Resort in Palm Desert, California. Players will compete on the Country Club course at the resort, which plays on the scorecard to a par 71 at 5,880 yards.
The 2026 tournament field includes 34 teams, 26 of which earned automatic entry like Randolph-Macon. An additional eight squads -- including Washington and Lee -- were selected at-large by the committee. The field also includes six individuals selected by the committee from schools not on any of the chosen teams, bringing the overall size of the participant list to 176 golfers.
Play is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 19 and continue through Friday, May 22.
Washington and Lee begins play as the 10-ranked team in Division III according to the
official rankings published by Clippd. Randolph-Macon is stationed 13th among the 177 teams that garnered an official ranking.
Individually, the Yellow Jackets' Morgan Mussatt -- the ODAC Golfer of the Year -- is the top-ranked ODAC player in the Division III with a No. 34 placement. The Generals' Toral Bhatt -- the ODAC Rookie of the Year -- and her fellow All-ODAC First Team teammate Berkeley Bundy are ranked No. 40 and No. 41, respectively.
