  • DANA FREEMAN | WASHINGTON AND LEE
Freeman guided the Generals to their third overall and second straight ODAC women's indoor championship, pairing the past two trophies with the one they lifted in 2009. Washington and Lee is currently ranked 48th in the country and has enjoyed as high a rating as 43rd by the USTFCCCA. Last season marked their best-ever finish in the indoor poll, closing the year at No. 25. The Generals are currently slotted second in the South Region behind North Carolina Wesleyan University.

  • MARIO WILSON | LYNCHBURG
This is the first ODAC top-coaching honor for Wilson, which makes sense given that this is his first season as the Director of Cross Country and Track & Field at Lynchburg. The former associate head coach at UVA led the Hornets to their fifth straight and record 33rd overall men's indoor title. Lynchburg is currently ranked ninth in Division III by the USTFCCCA, a rating that is actually down two marks after lifting the ODAC trophy. The Hornets' spent the previous two weeks ranked seventh in the survey. Last year marked the program's best-ever finish in the indoor poll, chiming in fourth to close the season. Lynchburg is currently the top-ranked team in the South Region.
