Guilford Claims Record 20th ODAC Men's Golf Title

WLU's McEwen Wins Second Straight Individual Medal

AMHERST, Va. — Nationally 39th-ranked Guilford College made good on its second round move to the top of the leaderboard by not only maintaining the No. 1 position, but expanding upon its lead on the way to the Quakers’ claiming a 19-stroke victory over fifth-ranked Washington and Lee University for the program’s league-record 20th ODAC men’s golf championship.

Guilford finished at 40-over 904 (311-299-294) following 54 holes of championship competition at Poplar Grove Golf Club in Amherst, Va. The win features not only the ODAC trophy, but also includes the conference’s automatic entry to the Division III Men’s Golf Championship field.

The full slate of NCAA competitors will be announced on Monday, May 4 at 4:00 p.m. ET on NCAA.com.
