ODAC Women's Lacrosse Report: Week 1

ODAC women's lacrosse roared into action with nine of the conference's 11 programs active. Lynchburg claimed wins in their first two outings with the Hornets outscoring their opponents, 30-7. Randolph-Macon, Roanoke and Shenandoah are all 1-0 to start the year, helping the ODAC start the season at 5-5 against non-conference foes.

  • KENDALL TODD | ROANOKE | GOALKEEPER
    Todd, a junior from Cleveland, N.C., kicked off the 2026 season by matching her career-high for saves in a game in helping Roanoke to a 17-9 victory over St. Mary's College of Maryland. Todd faced 30 total shots and stood up to 14 of them for a .609 save percentage in a full 60-minute shift. She also picked up two ground balls and caused one turnover.

  • SYDNEY DUMAS | LYNCHBURG | ATTACK
    Dumas, a senior from Kennebunk, Maine, exploded for 11 points to jumpstart the 2026 season and helped Lynchburg outscore its first two opponents, 30-7, in wins at Methodist University (15-4) and over Felician Felician University (15-3). Against the Monarchs, Dumas registered six points on five goals and one assist. Five of her tallies were unassisted with one free-position goal to go with one ground ball, two caused turnovers, and a draw control. Versus the Golden Falcons from Division II, Dumas again scored five goals with two unassisted and a 1-of-1 showing on free-position attempts. She also picked up a ground ball and caused a turnover.
