  • DAVID HAMILTON | ROANOKE | GOALKEEPER
Hamilton, a first-year from Basking Ridge, N.J., picks up his second weekly honor of the season after helping Roanoke hold two opponents to fewer than 10 goals in a pair of non-conference victories. In a 10-8 triumph over Grove City College on Tuesday, Hamilton faced 41 total shots with 22 on-goal. He was equal to 14 of them, registering a .636 save percentage to go with a ground ball. GCC is receiving votes towards the USILA top-20. On Saturday in an 11-6 win at Ohio Wesleyan, Hamilton saw 32 shots fired in his direction with 17 on-target. He made 11 stops towards a .647 save percentage. He also picked up a ground ball.

  • WILL RUBLEY | LYNCHBURG | ATTACKMAN
Rubley, a sophomore from Vienna, Va., came up big in a few clutch moments for nationally fifth-ranked Lynchburg as he helped the Hornets stay unbeaten (4-0) with a 14-13 victory over Denison University, which is receiving votes towards the USILA top-20. Rubley scored three times and came away with a ground ball and a caused turnover. His first two goals each drew Lynchburg level with the Big Red, first at 5-5 in the second quarter and then at 11-11 midway through the fourth quarter. His final tally, however, is when he called game as he fought through his defender and then, from the ground, spun and flung the ball into DU's net with just 0:05 showing on the scoreboard to clinch the Hornets' 14-13 victory.
