INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. --- The ODAC's run of at least two teams featuring in the NCAA men's golf tournament increased to five straight seasons on Monday afternoon following the announcement of the Division III Men's Golf Championship Field on NCAA.com. League champion Guilford College was joined by not only Washington and Lee University as an at-large selection by the Division III Men's Golf Championship Committee, but also one individual with University of Lynchburg senior Alan Van Asch garnering one of 10 at-large player spots.
The venue for this year's championship is Mission Inn Resort & Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, Fla. The Orlando-area property features a pair of courses that will be employed for championship play. All players will feature on each of the 18-hole tracks with first and second round action played simultaneously on the El Campeon and Las Colinas courses. El Campeon will be used for the final two rounds following the 36-hole cut.
The 2026 tournament field includes 43 teams, 34 of which earned automatic entry like Guilford. An additional nine squads -- including Washington and Lee -- were selected at-large by the committee. The field also includes 10 individuals selected by the committee from schools not on any of the chosen teams, bringing the overall size of the participant list to 225 golfers.
Play in the 72-hole event is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 12 and continue through Friday, May 15.
